"Attached is a picture I took June 4 as the Antique Automobile Club of America came through downtown Chapel Hill as part of its 2008 Sentimental Tour around the country. The car and fire truck were stopped next to each other at the red light in front of the courthouse on Franklin Street. Something about the colors contrasting and the idea of the old car dwarfed by the very modern truck seemed rather beautiful. I quickly snapped the picture before the light turned green and they both rolled on."
