This best shot is called 'mmmm sunflower seeds.' This doe has been coming to our Chapel Hill yard since she was a young fawn. We put corn and fresh water down for her but she likes sunflower seeds for dessert. If there's nothing for her to eat, she'll stomp her foot until I come out with some corn. She backs away 5 or 10 yards, nibbling the azaelias, until I go back in the house. For anyone who worries about her being too tame, she does run when anyone else comes around."
