Claire Walker, 17, is a senior at East Chapel Hill High School. Her photo shows the Carolina sky and the town reflected in a scooter's headlight. In 2006, her photography was exhibited in Peppers Pizza's old location, and she has another photo on display in the Southeastern Photography Triennial at N.C. State's Gregg Museum Of Art & Design through Oct. 7. Works by 39 photographers were chosen from more than 170 entries by distinguished American photographer Joyce Tenneson. John Rosenthal and Robert Vance (both of Chapel Hill) also have photographs in the exhibit. The opening reception is Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.
