Today's Best Shot comes reader Kimberly Kyser.

"With fear and trepidation I cracked my front door just wide enough to take this photo of a lactating female fox sleeping on my front walkway just 10 feet from my door. The entire Franklin-Rosemary neighborhood has had quite a problem with the fox population in Battle Park. Neighbors have been chased. Two appeared in my driveway in the afternoon of June 8. Although most are probably not rabid, they can be aggressive and bite. Students should be warned, especially since the dorms are in this neighborhood and unsuspecting summer school kids run and picnic in Battle Park."
