Emma Douglass of Chapel Hill won Best All Around in the 9-year-old category at the North Carolina Level Four State Championships held in Fayetteville at Methodist University this past weekend. The Bull City gymnast was determined to compete despite having a broken toe, and overcame the injury to come away with the meet's top prize.
