The Chapel Hill branch of Schoolkids Records has permanently closed its doors. As music becomes more and more accessible on the Internet, the demand for CDs declines. Schoolkids Records, known for opening its doors to bands as a venue for performances and promoting independent music is responding to the changes in the market.
