A class of 3rd grade summer school students at Estes Hills were inspired by a visit from the stormwater management team from the Town of Chapel Hill. The class wanted to do something about keeping the watershed clean, so they opted to go around the school Thursday morning affixing the NO DUMPING placards to most if not all of the stormwater drains at the school.
