Lawrence "Eddie" Price and Marva Mizell Price of Fearrington Village, Pittsboro, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lebbonee DeMia Price, to George "Tad" Kittredge IV, son of George and Sally Kittredge of Rochester, N.Y.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Math and Science in Durham and of Wake Forest University, and holds a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. She is a senior supply chain analyst at Walmart.com in Brisbane, Calif.

The groom-elect graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School in Pittsford, N.Y., and from Georgetown University, and holds a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He works as a marketing manager at the Clorox Company in Oakland, Calif.

The couple will be married on Aug. 31 at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary. They will live in San Francisco.
