This is Moses. Moses and Chopper are brothers who need a foster home for at least 10 months. Their owner is in the military and is being deployed to Kuwait in mid-September. His wife and their six-month old daughter will move temporarily, but they cant bring their dogs. - Low-cost, one-year rabies vaccinations will be offered Sept. 24, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Orange County Animal Shelter.
