Courtney Robinson Parker and Nicholas Dieken Buysse were married Sept. 27, 2008 at the United Church of Chapel Hill.
The Rev. Richard Edens performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Parker of Chapel Hill. She is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School and Appalachian State University. She works as marketing manager for Southeast Pain Care in Charlotte.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Buysse of Chapel Hill. He is a graduate of East Chapel Hill High School and Lees-McRae College. He is a general contractor in Charlotte.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Amanda Harder, sister of the bride, from Durham.
Maid of Honor was Kristen Pugno of New York, N.Y.
Bridesmaids were Molly Garlington of Chapel Hill, Brooke Messick of Charlotte and Kathryn Morrow of Blowing Rock.
Groomsmen were Scott Poe of Hillsborough, Mitch Clark of Greensboro, Josh Monza of Charlotte, and Robert Buysse of Chapel Hill.
The reader was Maria Lapetina of Chapel Hill.
Carlotta Clevenger-Reyes of Durham played the harp.
The bride's family hosted a reception in the Old Well Room at The Carolina Inn.
After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico the couple will reside in Charlotte.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Beverly Harn and the late Terry Harn of Chapel Hill.
She has a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University and a master's degree from Oakland University in Michigan. She is a certified athletic trainer.
The groom-elect is the son of Ellen and Doug Schoeder of East Peoria, Ill.
He has a bachelor's degree from Perdue University and a master's degree from Arizona State University. He also is a certified trainer.
The wedding ceremony is planned for June 6, 2009 in Chapel Hill.
