War casts shadows far from the battlefield, and that is no less true now than it was when Arthur Miller's Tony Award-winning "All My Sons" was first produced in 1947, as the globe was recovering from the shocks of World War II. PlayMakers Repertory Company will present Miller's searing drama from tonight through Feb. 14 at the Center for Dramatic Art on Country Club Road. When the consequences of a father's business decision rock his family, Miller's play asks, what are we responsible for and who are we responsible to in a time of war? "All My Sons" was Miller's first great success, and the New York Times said the play is as relevant as ever: "A play with a social conscience and an unswerving moral commitment ... Our respect increases for the continuing timeliness of this most politically responsive playwright." For a complete schedule, more information and tickets, call (919) 962-PLAY (7529) or visit
