Bonnie Corinne Wilson, 20, of 106 Hillspring Lane, Chapel Hill was charged Sept. 27 with felony common-law uttering and felony obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or forgery, police reported.

Police reported an armed robbery involving three suspects around 8:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at a residence on Pleasant Drive. The suspects reportedly forced their way past the 31-year-old male victim and took items from the home. No additional information about the incident was available at press time.

Chapel Hill

Corey Montrell Moore, 17, of 47 Old Oxford Road, Pittsboro was charged Sept. 29 with felony breaking and entering, police reported.

Stirling Nathaniel Clark, 26, of 707 Gomains Ave. was charged Sept. 28 with felony possession of stolen goods, police reported.

Jamie Michelle Carroll, 35, of 1471 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Apt. 6 was charged Sept. 27 with felony breaking and entering to a vehicle, larceny and possession of stolen goods, police reported.

Eight charges filed against Patrick Thomas Akos, 40, of Deerwood Court in an April incident have been dismissed, according to Orange County court officials.

Akos was charged April 1 with felony larceny of a vehicle, careless and reckless driving and six counts of hit and run after emergency workers responded to a 911 call at his home. Officers on the scene and medical evaluations after the incident report Akos was experiencing an epileptic seizure at the time that he was accused of taking an ambulance and crashing it into parked cars before stopping at the dead end of a street.

Chapel Hill attorney Michael Paduchowski, who is representing Akos, said he has filed paperwork to have the criminal record expunged, and Akos has since made restitution to neighbors for the damages.

- Douglas Road, Sept. 28

- Pinegate Circle, Sept. 27-28

Police reported break-ins to vehicles on:

- Pinegate Circle, Sept. 25-26

- Europa Drive, Sept. 24-25

- Douglas Road, Sept. 24-25

- Europa Drive, Sept. 25

Police reported a break-in to a business in the 2700 block of Homestead Road, Sept. 26-28.

Chatham County

Juan Plata, 42, of 5597 Piney Grove Church Road, Siler City was charged Sept. 22 with indecent liberties with a child, first-degree sex offense with a child and rape of a child, sheriff's deputies reported.

Darrie Rogers Jr., 35, of 23 Annie B. Dark Drive, Pittsboro was charged Sept. 19 with assault by strangulation, simple assault, interfering with 911 and false imprisonment, sheriff's deputies reported.

Marie Morgan, 29, of 1937 Devils Tramping Ground Road, Bear Creek was charged Sept. 20 with failure to appear, sheriff's deputies reported.

George Thompson, 37, of 626 Cox Maddox Road, Sanford was charged Sept. 22 with breaking and entering and larceny, sheriff's deputies reported.
