A bake and craft sale to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill will be held Sunday, Jan. 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Briar Chapel Subdivision Clubhouse, 1600 Briar Chapel Parkway.

The Cornucopia Cancer Support Center will hold its annual A Chocolate Affaire fundraiser on Feb. 12 at the Millennium Hotel in Durham.

The fundraiser features two events: A Champagne Brunch from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., and A Chocolate Affaire, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Cynthia Marshall, president of AT&T North Carolina, will be honorary chairwoman.

Proceeds benefit Cornucopia's programs for people with cancer and survivors, family members and caregivers.

Tickets for $60 for A Chocolate Affair or $120 for both events.

The Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA will hold a Zumba Dance Benefit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at the YMCA, 980 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Prizes, DJ and refreshments. Y members, non-members and people of all ages are invited.

All proceeds benefit the We Build People campaign, which makes scholarships for programs and membership available to families in Orange and Chatham counties.
