Catalina Casarrubias Nava, 41, of 1403 Chapel Hill Street, Apt. A3, Durham, was charged Jan. 25 with felony identity theft, police reported.

Frederick Jerome Lewis Yarborough, 21, of 807 Price Ave., Durham, was charged Jan. 25 with felony breaking and entering, felony possession of stolen goods and damage to real property, police reported.

Erick Victor Hurlburt, 39, of 1250 Ephesus Church Road, Apt. G7, was charged Jan. 24 with felony failure to appear and communicating threats, police reported.

Benjamin Jamal Williamson, 20, of 103 Jubilee Drive, was charged Jan. 23 with felony assault by strangulation, assault on a female, felony kidnapping, attempted common-law robbery and interfering with emergency communications, police reported.
