Clean-Up-A-Thon

Clean Jordan Lake is seeking volunteers for the 22nd annual Haw River Assembly's Clean-Up- A-Thon from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 17 beginning at the Robeson Creek boat ramp. Boaters and walkers will be assigned different shoreline sections. Wear rugged clothes and shoes and bring rain gear if needed. Breastfeeding Group

Breastfeeding Cafe, an informal drop-in gathering of moms who are breastfeeding, is held every Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Red Hen, 201 Weaver St., Carrboro.

Restorative Yoga

Cornucopia House Cancer Support Center, 5517 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., offers a free Restorative Yoga class for anyone affected by cancer, every Monday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. 401-9333.

Good Neighbor Plan

The Good Neighbor Plan will meet 4-7 p.m. at the United Church of Chapel Hill, 1321 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The Inter-Faith Council created the Good Neighbor Plan for understanding among neighbors, congregations, businesses and other groups near the proposed site for Community House. ifc-gnp.blogspot.com.
