"Purchase for a Purpose," a fashion and Silpada Sterling Silvery Jewelry Trunk Show, will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. March 15 at the Cornucopia Cancer Support Center, 5517 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., Suite 1000, Durham. The fifth annual Lance Memorial Canines for the Cure NADAC agility trial and raffle will be held March 10-11 at Pet Behavior Help, 5314 Farrington Road in Chapel Hill.

The event will be held by Agility Addicts and Rover Fanatics (AARF) and the National Canine Cancer Foundation (NCCF). All proceeds will go to the NCCF to help cure cancer in pets.

The dog agility competition and raffle will be run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. A balloon release honoring dogs lost to cancer, and the raffle drawing, will be held at 1 p.m. March 11.
