“I was shooting the home opener for the UNC women's soccer team, who took on the Florida Gators on Friday, Aug. 24, at Fetzer Field. Just before halftime there was a brief rain shower, and then a last bit of sun broke through the clouds, creating a rainbow in the evening sky. I ran up the steps of the McCaskill Soccer Center building to frame the rainbow over the field before it disappeared. The picture was the most exciting part of the game, which ended in a scoreless tie.”
