New Bern artist Paul White will present his one-man play “Hemingway, His Way,” about the life of author Ernest Hemingway, at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at the Friday Center. The play is set on July 2, 1961, the last day of Hemingway’s life, and explores the great writer’s remarkable journey. Tickets are $50 and are available at the Carolina Inn, Carolina Meadows and the Sheraton Hotel. Proceeds will benefit East Chapel Hill Rotary Club projects.
