Baylor P. Gibson, Jr. Col. USMC, (Ret.) WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. On November 7, 2012 God gave Baylor new orders and a new billet. After 90 wonderful fast-paced years filled with delight and amazement our Dad has gone to rest. His five sons and I, Margaret Mary Montgomery Gibson, his wife of 62 years, have had a good run, and we remember the wonderful hours we spent together. Those hours have important threads in the fabric of our lives, and the tapestry is hanging on the walls of our memory. It is a creation of which we can all be proud. Memorial services were held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 10:00 am Friday, November 16, 2012, reception followed. Burial with full military honors, January 11, 2013, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
