Book Sale

Friends of the Chapel Hill Public Library will have a book sale from 1 to 4 p.m. in the meeting rooms on the upper floor of the Chapel Hill Public Library, 100 Library Drive. This is a bag sale; the price is $5 per bag.

Cemetery Tour

The Preservation Society of Chapel Hill will hold a walking tour of the Old Chapel Hill Cemetery on the fourth Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. Tours leave from the cemetery gazebo off South Road. Reservations are required. 919-942-7818.

Yoga Class

Restorative Yoga

Pie and Pets Family Event

Homemade pizza will be sold to benefit the Goathouse Refuge for Cats from noon to 4 p.m. at the Goathouse Refuge for Cats, 680 Alton Alston Road, Pittsboro. Goathouse Refuge is a non-profit shelter for adoptable cats and kittens. Family tickets cost $25 for two pizzas and five sodas. Individual tickets cost $12 for one pizza and one soda. Chef Demonstration by City Kitchen

The chefs of City Kitchen will be featured with samples of their dishes at 3:30 p.m. at the Carrboro Farmers’ Market, 301 West Main St.
