Pittsboro Town Board: Terry to succeed Voller as mayor

— In the race for mayor, former Pittsboro Town Manager Bill Terry defeated Bill Crawford. He will succeed Mayor Randy Voller, who decided not to seek re-election after four terms. Terry received 452 votes to Crawford’s 282 votes.

Town Board incumbents Michael Fiocco, with 484 votes, and Pamela Baldwin, with 465 votes, easily beat challengers Linda Bienvenue, with 239 votes, and Max Cotten, with 199 votes, to retain their seats.
