Carrboro Farmers’ Market

The Carrboro Farmers’ Market is open from 3-6 p.m. Wednesdays in the Carrboro Town Commons, beside Town Hall at 301 W. Main St. There will be food trucks and live music from 6-8:30 p.m.. Bring a blanket and picnic.

Email Basics

Guardians of the Hill 5K

The Chapel Hill Police Department will sponsor the annual Guardians of the Hill 5K at 8:30 a.m. at Southern Community Park, 1000 Dogwood Acres Drive, Chapel Hill. The 5K and Kid’s Fun Run will raise money for the N.C. Children’s Hospital. Registration costs $25. Kid’s Fun Run registration is $10. chpd.us.
