Voices on the Hill: ‘What is the best thing about watching World Cup soccer in a group setting?’

Chapel Hill-Carrboro residents have been interested in World Cup soccer for the past few weeks. And many local bars and restaurants have catered to fans by tuning their TV sets to World Cup soccer matches. Some even have hosted “viewing parties” – encouraging fans to show up en masse, wearing their team colors.

Photographer Jim Kenny went out recently and quizzed some fans about what they enjoyed most about watching the World Cup games as part of a group.
