Automobile Registration
Newcomers have 30 days to register motor vehicles and get a state license plate. Title
fee is $35 while plate fee is $25 for cars and $26.50 for trucks and vans. Newcomers also
pay a road use tax up to $150. Drivers must show a certificate of title and
