Marianne Roberts, a survivor of the Holocaust, will speak at Chapel Hill High School on Friday, April 4, from 2:05 to 3:05 p.m. in Hanes Auditorium.

Roberts, 87, will speak for 40-45 minutes before taking questions from students in several social studies classes.

When she was 18 years old, Roberts and an older sister went into hiding for a year before receiving visas to come to the United States. Her story is documented in the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C.
