  • Help coordinate a volunteer program for a growing museum dedicated to serving the community through programs, exhibits and volunteer opportunities. Working knowledge of computers/e-mail and people person. Five to eight hours a week to start. One monthly meeting. Hillsborough or Chapel Hill.
  • Walkers needed. Lead horse for one hour and lend support to children and young adults in therapeutic riding program. No experience in riding or handling horses required. Also looking for volunteer coordinator.
  • Extension service in Hillsborough needs volunteers to take a three-hour shift to greet the public, help with mailings and the telephones between 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
