Amanda Geary Huegerich and Jason Richard Bostian were married Dec. 29 in St. John's Lutheran Church in Conover. The Rev. Scott Johnson officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James and Patricia Huegerich of Chapel Hill. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is director of IT at Graystone Eye.
The groom is the son of James and Betty Bostian of Claremont. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is chief information officer at TSI Healthcare.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matrons of honor were Anneka Huegerich Horrell of Wilmington and Jordan Huegerich Bailey of Richmond, Va.
Bridesmaids were Kathleen Wurth Bartlett of Durham, Michelle Bostian Cook of High Point, Christy Lancaster Brown of Raleigh, and Kristin Watkins and Erin Cogar, both of Charlotte. Honorary bridesmaids were Sarin Hajenian Sarkissian of Suwanee, Ga.; Jacenta Cobb of Covington, Ga.; Bryn Lippert of Raleigh; Emily Wurth of Washington, D.C.; and Margaret Wurth of Bethlehem, Pa.
Best man was the groom's father.
Groomsmen were Jonathan Bostian of Newton, Reed Huegerich of Chapel Hill, Michael Cook of High Point and Ryan Hoebelheinrich of Richmond, Va. Honorary groomsmen were Peter Uliciansky of Raleigh and Brian Page of San Diego, Calif.
Ringbearers were Jackson Bostian and Judge Bostian, both of Newton.
Flowergirls were Hannah Horrell and Abigail Horrell, both of Wilmington.
Music was performed by Kenneth Miller on organ, Thomas Huegerich on trumpet, David Spencer on guitar and vocalist Reed Huegerich.
A reception was hosted by the bride's parents at Lake Hickory Country Club.
Following a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple will live in Hickory.
