Anne-Caitlin Rose Donohue and Michael Gregory Procopio were married Aug. 23 at the Newman Center Catholic Parish.
Monsignor John Wall officiated at the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Miriam Donohue and James Donohue of Chapel Hill.
She holds a bachelor's degree in theater from Meredith College. She works as a coordinator at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and as a professional actress and singer.
The groom is the son of Elaine Procopio and Joseph Procopio of Chapel Hill.
He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from UNC Greensboro. He works as superintendant at Triangle Electrical Services, Inc., and as owner and president of Orange County Electric, LLC.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Meghan Donohue, sister of the bride, of Wilmington.
Bridesmaids were Erin Donohue, sister of the bride, of Chapel Hill; Emily Kaye of Durham; Erin Martin of New York City, N.Y.; Rachel Adams of Rancho Mirage, Calif.; and Stephanie Maysonave of San Carlos, Calif.
Best man was Pete Procopio, brother of the groom, of Hillsborough.
Groomsmen were Joe Procopio, brother of the groom, of Chapel Hill; Bill Nimick of Buies Creek; Travis Wheeler of Wilmington; Kelsey Kihlstrom of Chapel Hill; Jake Neal of Chapel Hill; and Shaun Bushnell of Wilmington.
The bride's parents hosted a reception at The Franklin Hotel.
Following wedding trips to Asheville and Las Vegas, Nev., the couple will live in Chapel Hill.
