Jena Leigh Ivey

Craig Burkhart

Harold and Jeanne Ivey of Chadbourn announce the engagement of their daughter, Jena Leigh Ivey, to Craig Nathaniel Burkhart, son of Dr. Craig and Kristina Burkhart of Toledo, Ohio.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy with a doctorate in pharmacy and completed a geriatric pharmacy residency at UNC Hospitals. She is a clinical assistant professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and a geriatric clinical pharmacist with the UNC Division of Geriatric Medicine.

The groom-elect is a graduate of University of Toledo Medical School and completed a dermatology residency program at UNC Hospitals and a pediatric dermatology fellowship. He is a clinical assistant professor in the Dermatology Department at UNC Hospitals.

The wedding ceremony is planned for May 2, 2009 at Blacknall Presbyterian Church in Durham.

Molly Stapleton

Matthew Calabria

Dr. and Mrs. Jack Stapleton of Iowa City, Iowa, announce the engagement of their daughter, Molly McKee Stapleton, to Matthew Michael Calabria, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Calabria of Cornelius.

A graduate of Iowa City High School, Molly earned her bachelor's degree in music in violin performance at the University of North Carolina. She is currently working as a research associate at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine.

A graduate of Vance High School in Charlotte, Matthew earned a bachelor's degree in political science and public policy at the University of North Carolina. He will graduate from the Duke University School of Law in May.

The couple will be married in Chapel Hill on May 23, 2009.
