Lynette Tracy Mayo and Lars Eric Munson were married Dec. 15, 2007, at University Presbyterian Church in Chapel Hill. The Rev. Robert Dunham officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Yvette Mayo of Orlanda, Fla. She received a bachelor's degree from Rollins College and a master's from Harvard University.

The groom is the son of Annette and Eric Munson of Chapel Hill. He received a bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Larry Mayo.

Maid of honor was Jade Storms of New York City.

Matron of honor was Alicia Hoeffer of New York City.

Bridesmaids were Millicent Bennett and Carolee Lowry, both of New York City; Adriana Linares of Winter Park, Fla., Carlynn von Oeyen of Los Angeles and Anna-Lisa Munson of Denver, Colo.

Best men were Michael Munson of Williamsburg, Va., and Christopher Beach of Los Angeles.

Ushers were Barrett Boston and Richard Fitzgerald, both of New York City; Todd Foust of Atlanta, Heston LaMar of Wilmington, N.C., Joseph Scott of Philadelphia and James Young of Denver, Colo.

Music was provided by Thomas Brown on organ.

A reception was hosted the mother of the bride at The Carolina Inn.

Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple live in New York City.
