Sandra and Robert Moura of Chapel Hill announce the engagement of their daughter Andrea Nicole Moura to Matthew Allan O'Neal, son of Jackie and Daniel O'Neal of Chapel Hill.

The bride-elect received a bachelor's degree from N.C. State University and is a Web/applications support analyst at All Kinds of Minds.

The groom-elect received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is coordinator of the Continuing Medical Education and the Residency Program for the department of ophthalmology in the School of Medicine at UNC.

The ceremony is planned for July 26 at the University United Methodist Church in Chapel Hill.
