Mr. and Mrs. Daniel T. Blake of Attleboro, Mass., announce the engagement of their daughter Carolyn Marie Blake to Michael Steven Dibbert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas S. Dibbert of Chapel Hill.

The bride-elect graduated from Providence College in 2004 and the St. Louis University School of Law in 2007. She is a lawyer with Flynn and Associates in Quincy, Mass.

The groom-elect graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003 and is pursuing a master's degree in education from Boston College in Boston, Mass. He is an English teacher at Boston College High School.

A July 11, 2009, wedding is planned in Providence, R.I.
