Hiroshima Lecture

Artist elin l'Hara slavick will give a pre-opening lecture on her exhibit "Hiroshima: After Aftermath," with respondent Cary Levine, at 5:30 p.m. at the FedEx Global Education Center on the UNC campus. The exhibit will be open from Nov. 20 to Jan. 10 at Golden Belt, 807 E. Main St., Building 3, in Durham.

Yoga Class

The UNC Comprehensive Cancer Support Program offers a free yoga class for everyone on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through November at Carolina Pointe II, 6013 Farrington Road, Suite 101. All levels are welcome. 966-3494.

Clogging Lessons

The Apple Chill Cloggers will offer free clogging lessons on Mondays from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m., through Nov. 23, at the Chapel Hill Teen Center, 179 E. Franklin St. No partner or experience needed. 942-2500, dance@applechillcloggers.org.

Tutoring sessions

Tutoring sessions for students in Orange County Schools' kindergarten through fifth grade are offered by the Hillsborough Police Department and UNC Habitat for Humanity every Monday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Community Policing Substation, 501 Rainey Ave. Tutors will be students from UNC. Breastfeeding Group

Breastfeeding Cafe, an informal drop-in gathering of breastfeeding moms, will be held every Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Red Hen, 201 Weaver St., Carrboro.
