Mrs. Anne Cambrelenge Moore, age 73, died on Oct. 15 in Chapel Hill. She lived at The Cedars of Chapel Hill Retirement Center.

Any memorial service at the Cedars Retirement Center will be announced in the future. A family service will be held at a family cemetery in New Hampshire in the spring of 2010.

Her maiden name was Anne Cambrelenge Bonynge. She grew up in Brooklyn Heights, N.Y. and attended Packer Collegiate Institute and Vassar College, where she received a bachelor's degree in English.

Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Albert C. Moore, and daughters, Emily French, Barbara Moore and Catherine Wells. She is also survived by a sister, Jane Bonynge Wisan, and six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, UNC-CH, CB 7295, Chapel Hill, N.C. 27599-7295, or to Vassar College at Box 725, 114 Raymond Ave., Poughkeepsie, N.Y. 12064-0725.
