Girls softball is in full swing in Chapel Hill, with the Recreation and Parks Department organizing several teams. That includes two squads in the Girls 11-12 League that play against Orange County Rec teams to flesh out their schedule. Wednesday, the Chapel Hill Spartans and Mustangs played each other at Hargraves Recreation Center, where the Spartans became the first team this year to beat the Mustangs, 9-6.
