Coach Blake Norris says: "Rachael is a coach's dream. Her competitive spirit combined with her genuine desire to see her teammates do well makes her a great team leader. She is one of the most coachable players I've been around, and her love for the game -- and her teammates -- is infectious. I'd take a team full of players just like her."

The Skinny: Broscious has started every one of her four years at CHHS, playing right field, center field, second and shortstop. (She played some left field and even pitched at Culbreth Middle School or in rec ball.) She has batted in nearly every spot in the Tigers' order (a testament to her flexibility as a hitter).
