Should be interesting. Eccentrik Festival IV will bring together various underground and steampunk bands, DJs and art this weekend at Mansion 462, 462 W. Franklin St. Steampunk, broadly, blends two aesthetic elements you might not ordinarily think to put together -- Victorian and punk. Weird, but it works. Among the performers scheduled to play live are The Two Man Gentleman Band, Un-Woman, Veronqiue Diabolique and The Extraordinary Contraptions. Eccentrik Festival IV, subtitled "The Mariner's Revenge," goes on Thursday through Saturday. See www.eccentrikfestival.com.
